Balloon Bedlam-are dedicated to ensuring the best possible service. We are ensuring that we are on time for all our bookings, but we cannot be held responsible for delays due to traffic problems or weather. Balloon Bedlam will contact all clients if any unforeseen problems occur.

It maybe necessary to charge delivery if order is under £70.00... All booking's taken for 2010 2011 2012 are guaranteed to pay the price they were given on day of booking!

Events booked prior to 6 months require a non-refundable deposit of 20% of their order and the remaining balance to be due 4weeks prior to event. If a cancellation occurs during the 4weeks 50% of the final payment will be retained by us. When using frames & chair covers inc sash ect... a refunable deposit would need to be paid on time of full payment and will be returned as soon as frames ect are returned un-damaged in the form of a cheque.

Balloon Bedlam reserve the right to alter where necessary if original design is unsuitable on the day, substitute unavailable balloons with appropriate alternatives.

It is the responsibility of the client to notify Balloon Bedlam of access times to venue, to make sure tables are set for your chosen displays. Where this may not be possible Balloon Bedlam will leave balloons at venue for someone else to put in place.

If the event is outdoor Balloon Bedlam will not be held responsible for balloon-displays being damaged due to weather conditions.

Balloon Bedlam will not be held responsible for any damages caused by balloons once decoration/delivery is complete, and incase of fire due to candles used as center pieces by ribbons caught alight.

Balloon Bedlam will reserve the right to refuse all/part of the decoration/chocolate fountain on the day of the venue if staff are being confronted with any unruly behavior and no refund will be given.We pride ourselves in food and hygiene standards therefore any guest whom mis-uses our fountain will leave us no alternative but to dispose of chocolate leaving the fountain unable to work.....

All children must be supervised when using balloons "warning"! children can choke or suffocate on an un-inflated balloon. Keep all un-inflated balloons away from children. Discard all broken balloons.....

Upon receipt of booking fee you have agreed to these(Balloon Bedlam's) terms and conditions.

PAYMENTS/DEPOSIT'S - Deposits-full payments can be made by cheque/cash... Deposits for property of balloon bedlam must be made by cash. Once returned undamaged a full refund will be given. In the unlikely event property of Balloon Bedlam returns damaged a deduction will be made and the remaining balance returned. Cheques to be made out to BALLOON BEDLAM...
